Playing since 1824, we are proud to be the oldest cricket club still active in Wales
Haverfordwest Cricket Club has been playing cricket in Pembrokeshire for over 200 years. We field four full senior sides, a ladies’ team, and one of the most active junior sections in the county, from U9 friendly festivals to U15 competitive cricket.
The 2026 season gets underway on 26 April. If you’re looking to play, to get your child involved, or just want to know more about the club, you’re in the right place.

Ladies Cricket
Women’s and girls’ cricket at HCC is continuing to grow year on year. Our ladies’ team competes in Pembrokeshire Division 1 while our girls’ junior teams, U12 and U14, are part of a developing pathway that we’re extremely proud of.
New to cricket or returning after a break? Get in touch… there’s a place here for you.
Junior Cricket
Our junior section is one of the most active in Pembrokeshire, with teams and programmes running from U9 right through to U15 level.
Our coaches are ECB Qualified at Advanced, Core, and Support levels – we believe every young player deserves proper coaching, whatever their age or ability.

Dynamos Cricket
The ECB’s Dynamos programme is designed to introduce girls aged 8–11 to cricket in a fun, structured environment.
Dynamos is all about developing the fundamentals and is a fantastic step into the world of cricket.
Sessions run every Friday evening on our outfield during the first half of the season – places are booked through the ECB website.
Disability Cricket
We are extremely proud to be recognised as an ECB Disability Champion Club – a designation held by a select number of clubs across England and Wales, who are committed to making cricket genuinely accessible to people of all abilities.
We run weekly disability cricket sessions during the season, open to anyone who wants to take part. It’s cricket without barriers, as it should be… come and give it a go.
